I’m Joshua Vensel, and I’m owner of, and photographer for, VENVISIO, LLC. VENVISIO is my vision. I photograph designed interiors, architecture, home furnishings, & real estate listings. I began photographing home furnishings and interiors in 2006. In 2009 my wife and I were looking at Atlanta real estate listings for ourselves, and we found that none of the listing photos got us excited about buying our first home. Plainly speaking, they were snapshots, and that’s being kind. Many listings still have snapshots, and whether they know it or not, the listings suffer as a result. All things considered, I understood that my skills and talents could offer Atlanta real estate agents a much-needed tool at a great value. It’s important in competitive markets to stand out from the crowd and visually inspire desire with buyers. Every listing matters. This is why I don’t take snapshots. This is why my photographs are crafted from a vision. I am a current member of PPA.
